Barre is grounded in ballet technique but designed for everyone — no dance experience required. Classes focus on small, controlled movements that target specific muscle groups, creating a deep and lasting burn.

At YoBa, our barre classes also incorporate elements of yoga — stretching between sequences to maintain flexibility and keep the class feeling fluid and intentional.
