Browse our class schedule and pick something that calls to you — yoga, barre, strength, or cardio. All levels are welcome in every class.
Come 10 minutes early. Let the instructor know it's your first time. They'll help you get set up, answer questions, and make modifications for you.
There's no wrong way to show up. Take breaks when you need them. Modify movements freely. The only expectation is that you listen to your body.
Comfortable athletic wear is perfect. For yoga, form-fitting clothes make it easier to see your alignment. For barre, grippy socks are recommended.
Mats and most props are available at the studio. You're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
